Colombia's are generally a really hard coffee- a stable, sturdy coffee. Don't be afraid of the super light roast, which are often portrayed in specialty coffee as highly acidic or unapproachable by general consumers. This coffee is sweet, balanced and very approachable.
Great brewed in a pour over, French Press or cold brew. We've had wholesale clientele brew this coffee as a single origin espresso and it performed beautifully.
