Minca is a term in Peru that means camaraderie between farmers- that if we all work together for the good of each other’s farm- all of us will succeed. So once a farm is done with their harvest, the farmers will go to the next farm to help them. This community over competition mindset is what mama mochas is all about. Not to mention that the coffee is certified organic and tastes chocolatey with a big body!!
