A solid, smooth, dark diner coffee that's best sipped over a heavy conversation. Papa Mocha came up with this blend and roast when he was intrigued by a new Colombia we had and wanted to blend its tanginess with a Natural, cocoa inspired Brazil and a touch of a heady Sumatra. It's taken well into second crack and develops some complex charred acidities. The subtle sweetness in the finish is what makes the whole balancing act come together.
